Mr.Sayed Siddique, Managing director of Comfy Properties is one of the renowned builders in Bangalore. He moved to Bangalore in 2002 for his higher studies and completed BBM & MBA in HR and Marketing from the University of Bangalore. Mr.Sayed Siddique’s unique business plans and marketing strategies caught the attention of a few and after a lot of struggles, Sayed established his group of hotels in 2007 with just 25 rooms.

With time he has expanded his venture and has more than 250 rooms in south Bangalore now. He has joined hands with various IT companies and transformed his rooms to business class and eventually started investing in construction.
Now Mr.Sayed’s business is one of the fastest-growing groups of Hotels and Builders in Bangalore with unmatched credibility.
